1) analyze which absinthe from the very gamme has been discontinued and you know the answer.

2) I am not fond of absinthe salesmen and/or absinthe histerians who although possess some knowledge, are not capable of cooking the xit outta these shiny copper stills. They are still the salesmen only and even though they sell more absinthes than I, whoever else cooked up in the entire life, they do not possess the zest, the tradition and the soul.
