OK, PnB. I'll stop ignoring you. Is it possible for you to say something nice/positive/constructive around here some time, or is that difficult?

I'm happy to say that the pre-sale is over and Edward III is currently in stock at DUNY. Kamal shipped out 25 bottles on Tuesday (probably to some of you) and there is more available when he runs out. The scary part is now: the reviews of our first batch! We have some improvements to make at this scale, as Brian suggested, but experienced tasters who have tasted this in NYC were positive. They didn't have our test batch as a reference but it seemed to stand on its own. Sorry for the longer than expected wait!
A professor once told me, scaling up is a matter of scaling down. If you expect the production size equipment to have dirty socks inside and smeared with tar then pilot equipment should have proportionally the same amount of dirty socks and tar.

I am not making any comment on your absinthe in this statement; I have not tried it.

Nevertheless, should one of them need a thorough review and herb-bill analysis, send me a sample (not a whole bottle unless it is possible, then I could share with other people as well) and it is done, posted, documented with pics. PM for details.
